Owl Business Advisory is a business advisory practice built on systems streamlining and AI, not a traditional bookkeeping firm. We help business owners run a tighter operation, with clean data, clear processes and AI-assisted reporting, so decisions get made on real numbers instead of gut feel.
We work with businesses around Australia across many sectors, with two specialist arms: WunderWise for builders on WunderBuild, and WiseM8 for trades on ServiceM8. Every engagement runs on the same three-phase method. Foundation sets up the systems, Control installs the routines, and Visibility turns on the reporting.
The team
Owl Business Advisory was founded by Faye Kowalski and Tennille Skelly, with over 30 years’ combined experience as bookkeepers, advisors and business owners. Faye leads systems, bookkeeping and business strategy, Tennille leads client relationships, bookkeeping and strategy.
The practice is built on real client work, not a textbook. WunderWise and WiseM8 started in construction and trades, where the method proved itself. That’s where it started, not where it stops. The method was built and tested streamlining the systems of an established Australian business we know from the inside.
