Health Check

A fixed-fee diagnostic of your current setup, scored, with a clear roadmap. $1,250 fixed, credited in full against Foundations Setup if you go ahead within 30 days.

  • A review of every system your business runs on
  • A scored, plain-English report showing where time and money are leaking, with a 90-day roadmap
  • A run-through session to take you through it and agree next steps

Foundations Setup

A done-for-you project to set up your systems properly, scoped from your Health Check.

What's included

  • We work with the systems you already pay for. No new software unless there's a genuine gap
  • A clean starting line, with any bookkeeping catch-up handled separately first
  • Receipts, bills and bank rules set up so paperwork flows in properly
  • Your operational software connected properly, including WunderBuild and ServiceM8

Managed Reporting

Ongoing reporting and systems upkeep, monthly, quarterly or annually, once the foundation is in place.

  • Weekly and monthly routines kept running, so things don't drift back
  • A full AI financial report with clear recommendations, going well beyond Xero's standard reports, reviewed by a person before it reaches you
